He wanted to let us know that our staff is the most professional he or his mother have ever experienced from an ambulance service.

He stated that every single crew has been very polite and professional. He went on to say that they noticed our staff payed attention to the details of his mother’s care showing much compassion. He said they will always reccommend Bay Star Ambulance to their friends and family when they may need an ambulance transport.

He is glad to see that family oriented businesses are still around taking care of patients.

We Love This!

Just spoke to a patient that called in requesting to speak with a supervisor.

She wanted to thank us and our staff, Rick Laird and Samantha Cruze, for showing such compassion and thoughtfullnes when transporting her from her home to San Jacinto ER on 12/27/2011.

She said we are blessed and that she appreciates what we are doing.
